Delivery of Digital Software
All our digital download or software products are delivered digitally via email. No physical item will be shipped. After successful payment, your software key and download instructions are sent to the email address provided during checkout.
If you don’t receive your key: Please check your spam or junk folder. If still not found after 2 hours, contact us at support@techno-store.co.uk
Delivery Time: Most keys are delivered within 15–30 minutes, but please allow up to 2 hours during peak periods or for manual verification.
Refund & Returns Policy
Digital Products (Software Licenses)
According to digital item law, digital products such as software keys are non-refundable once delivered, activated, or downloaded — unless the product is faulty and does not activate
When Refunds Are Accepted
We may offer refunds under the following conditions:
- The license key was not delivered, or the product is defective and cannot be replaced or issue resolved in a timely manner .Contact us via email and chat ASAP. support@techno-store.co.uk
- You contact us within 30 days of your order with a valid reason.
- The product does not activate even after replacement or issue resolutions which is rare.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit /debit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
