Shipping & Returns

Digital Products (Software Licenses)

According to digital item law, digital products such as software keys are non-refundable once delivered, activated, or downloaded — unless the product is faulty and does not activate

If your key has not yet been delivered or activated, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.

When Refunds Are Accepted

We may offer refunds under the following conditions:

The license key was not delivered, or the product is defective and cannot be replaced in a timely manner.
You contact us within 30 days of your order with a valid reason.
The product does not activate even after replacement which is rare.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit /debit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
